Mr. Samuels has specialized in trademark law for over 40 years. He concentrates in resolving disputes involving trademark rights, including litigation in the U.S. Trademark Office and in the Federal Courts.

He lectures at Harvard Law School on the subject of trademarks. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the International Trademark Association.
