Timothy H. Hiebert
Mr. Hiebert has specialized in trademark law for
over 15 years. He concentrates in trademark searches and in the prosecution
of domestic and foreign trademark applications.
He has served on the editorial boards of the Maine
Law Review, the Fletcher Forum and the Trademark Reporter.
His doctoral dissertation focused on trademark law, and he has published
articles on the subject in legal journals. He is also the author of a
book on the gray market and U.S. Trademark Law.
He has been ranked among the top ten trademark attorneys
in the country based on numbers of applications filed in the U.S. Patent
and Trademark Office.
